Our story: passion for excellence

Our journey began among close friends who liked to cook for each other in a friendly "competition" to see who could come up with the most unique dishes, sauces and flavors. We would constantly seek out the most unique, grill-oriented BBQ recipes in an effort to "one-up" each other's weekly contribution. Strategically grilling, BBQing, and smoking our favorite dishes became an exciting pastime. At the end of the day, though, it always came down to the SAUCE that made each one unique. We found that incorporating a sauce that has an ACTUAL, NOTICEABLE difference, it involves a bit of "ALCHEMY". Sourcing local, harvested organic peppers, fruits and vegetables and last (but not least), undergoing a long, carefully crafted fermenting process that infuses all of those flavors together. It's a process that most sauce companies simply just don't have the patience for. Fast-foward several years...
